Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Slippers (once removed from packaging)
  • Sandals with footbed impressions

All other footwear categories (Boots, Casual Shoes, Clogs, Dress Shoes, Sneakers) are eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the items securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form (see template below) in your package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will process your exchange once we receive the returned items
  • If the exchanged item has a different price, we will charge or refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items
