We are proud to ship our quality footwear globally, though we are unable to deliver to a few select remote locations and parts of Asia. Please see below for our shipping options and timeframes.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a straightforward returns process if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations.

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in unworn condition with the original packaging and all tags attached.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Slippers once they have been removed from their original packaging.
  • Sandals that show any footbed impressions.

All other product categories (Boots, Casual Shoes, Clogs, Dress Shoes, Sneakers) are eligible for return or exchange within the 15-day period.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the completed return form (see template below) inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Package: Mail your package to our returns address at:

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item) or the product is defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will process your exchange once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.
  • Standard shipping charges will apply for the new item being sent to you.
